T. Bradley Tanner, MD is President of Clinical Tools and responsible for the vision of the company. As PI of multiple federally funded grants he oversees the research and development at Clinical Tools. Clinical Tools primary interest, dissemination of best practice via online technology, matches Dr. Tanner's interest in the Intranet and computer technology which dates to the early 90's. Dr. Tanner has received funding via grants and contracts from NIDA, NIAAA, NIMH, NCI, AHRQ, CDC, the Dept of Defense, and NASA to develop medical and health education projects.

Dr. Tanner has presented and published the work done by Clinical Tools at professional conferences in the fields of medical technology, medical education, and addiction. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist and a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

He lives in Chapel Hill, NC and is the proud father of 3 children. Dr. Tanner is avid skier known to frequent Snowbird and Alta whenever powder is on the way. He also enjoys running, traveling with family, and cooking healthy meals.
