Systems Engineering and Development - James Wright, BA

James Wright has been essential to the success of several of Clinical Tools' projects over the last seven years. His studies at the Johns Hopkins University in cognitive science and neuro-psychology have informed his contributions to CTI Instructional Design Model that has been integral to the structure of Clinical Tools' educational products. Mr. Wright combines that research background with strong technical expertise. As the chief architect of Clinical Tools' educational software, he has utilized his Java, Javascript, XML, pHp, and SQL skills to design and build the educational system driving the BuprenorphineCME.com, AlcoholCME.com, AddictionCME.com, EndingSuicide.com, TobaccoCME.com and TobaccoTreatmentTraining.com websites. Mr. Wright's years of experience, technical expertise, and practical focus have made him a valuable management and development asset to a wide range of physician education projects.
He really likes mountains throughout the year and spends lots of winter-time climbing up the icy walls of Utah's Wasatch and skiing down the snowy chutes. In warmer times, he can be found tenuously clutching rocky walls throughout the Southeast [and, unfortunately, falling off those same walls]. Mr. Wright enjoys nearly any other outdoor-type sport although he has no patience for basketball.
If he's not at CTI or in the mountains, you're likely to find him cooking with his girlfriend Katie and their pets, Toast and Gracie, in their Durham home.
